Calypso is a dinner and show model inspired by Aydra's many years in the farm-to-table and entertainment industries. From musical nor-cal beginnings to her days as a private chef in Los Angeles, writing and performing music throughout Topanga Canyon and the Sunset Strip, she's held a long-term vision of combining themed dinners with live entertainment. After building and running her 'Garden Club' in the LA area, she put down roots in Joshua Tree in 2016 and launched 'Odyssee' after her debut circus shows, Crash and Maya. Her new show 'Calypso' starts summer 2025. Be our guest and witness this unique one-woman dinner and a show experience!
